What this column contains
Pipe-separated reason strings, one per factor that fired for this row.
Where the value comes from
Emitted by the same computation that produces the score. If a reason is not listed, it did not contribute.
Example value
No website | Listing unclaimed | Fewer than 5 photos | No review in 18 months
What people use it for
- 01Drop the reason straight into an email as the specific observation that earns a reply.
- 02Route leads by problem type — no-website goes to one team, reputation to another.
- 03Verify the score before a rep trusts it.
- 04Report on which weaknesses dominate a market, and build the offer around them.
What it will not tell you
Reasons describe what the listing shows, not why. A business with no recent reviews may have stopped asking rather than stopped trading.
Questions about this field
- Why expose the reasons at all?
- Because an unexplained score is one a rep will not trust and cannot defend on a call. Every score here is reconstructable from its own row.
- Can a row have a score but no reasons?
- No. If nothing fired, there is nothing to score, and both columns reflect that.
