What this column contains
A derived score combining the completeness signals already in the row — website presence, claim status, photo count, review activity and hours.
Where the value comes from
Computed from the other columns in the same export rather than from a hidden data source. Every contributing reason is spelled out in the weakness-reasons column, so a score is always auditable.
Example value
78
What people use it for
- 01Sort a city-wide export so reps start with the businesses in most obvious need.
- 02Prove the pitch in the first sentence, with reasons drawn from the row itself.
- 03Score a client base to find upsell candidates you already have a relationship with.
- 04Compare neighbourhoods by average weakness to pick where to run a campaign.
What it will not tell you
It measures online presence, not business health or ability to pay. A packed restaurant with no website scores high and may still have no interest in one.
Questions about this field
- How is the score calculated?
- From the completeness signals already in the row — website, claim status, photos, review recency and hours. Nothing outside the export feeds it, and the weakness-reasons column lists exactly which factors fired.
- Is a high score good or bad?
- Bad for the business, good for you. High means weakly represented online, which is what makes it a prospect.
- Can I see why a business scored the way it did?
- Yes, that is what weakness reasons is for. Every score is explainable from its own row.
